Terms and Conditions for Boho Cartel

“Glamping Giveaway for up to 6 people “

The Promoter is [Boho Cartel], [587 Perseverance Dam Road, Crows Nest, QLD, 4355], [ABN 22 427 886 846 [Promoter].

  1. This give-away is a game of chance. All entries must be an independent submission by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third-party rights.
  2. Entrants must be 18 years old and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter this competition.
  3. Entrants must have a valid Australian residential address and reside in Australia
  4. To enter this competition, entrants must:
    1. Complete all fields on the entry form including first and last name, email address and phone number. All fields in the entry form must be completed to qualify.
  5. A total of 1 winner will be selected at random and be notified by our founder Suzannah Miller
  6. All entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use an entrant’s name and creative submission for any commercial purpose, including future promotional marketing and publicity purposes.
  7. The giveaway must be booked within 6 months of 31st March 2025 and is subject to availability.
  8. The giveaway is not able to be booked over public holidays
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this competition.
  11. The prize is:
    1. A glamping giveaway at Boho Cartel for up to 6 people (a maximum of 3 tents in total)
  12. The prize will be invalid and a new winner will be chosen if the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days by Boho Cartel.
  13. Entries are valid from 30 December 2024 at 7 AM AEST to 31st March 2025 at 6pm AEST.
  14. Entries will be judged at the Promoter’s Head Office within one day of the closing of the competition (31/3/25 at 6 PM AEST). The draw will be random, and be the final decision.
  15. The Promoter will contact the winner via phone or email hello@bohocartel.com.au(if winner cannot be reached by phone).
  16. If the winner is uncontactable or does not agree to redeem the prize within 7 days of winning, entries will be redrawn and a new winner chosen at the Promoter’s Head Office within 48 hours.
  17. The winner is responsible for any tax implications which may arise by accepting the prize.
  18. By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  19. Per Instagram rules, this competition is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram. By entering this giveaway, entrants confirm they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
